The CUT/GRIND DXB0125 Type 1 wheels are designed to replace 1/8 “thick Type 1 and Type 27 abrasive wheels for cutting, grinding, or a combination of both (not for pipeline applications). Cuts and grinds forgings, metal pipe, and plate, sectional tubing, bar steel, ductile iron, etc.
** Can be supplied with 5/8-11 Hub).

  1. The cutting blade has a segmented style design to improves airflow and cutting materials dust.
  2. It also dissipates heat and removes slurry from the cut, helping to maintain the saw blade's cutting performance, easy to use.
  3. These blades provide a smooth, fast, clean cutting and longer cutting life.
  4. This blade is designed for cutting and grinding a variety of materials such as metal pipe, metal plate, sectional tubing, bar steel, ductile iron, etc.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be approved by Continental Abrasives and have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Continental. Goods must be in good, saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns accepted after 6 months. Return freight must be prepaid.

SHIPPING

Prepaid on orders of $500 in any combination of products. Prepaid shipments are based on shipping to one location in the continental U.S. by Continental Abrasives choice of routing. Shipments outside U.S. are subject to additional freight charges
